House of Miracles is an exclusive and immersive experience designed for pastors and Christian leaders, with the aim of promoting a deep dive into the greatest challenges of the Christian vocation. For four days, a couple of pastors or leaders are welcomed into a welcoming, inspiring and safe environment – our home, where they are guided through a unique process of healing and renewal, addressing the main traumas, challenges and limitations of their ministerial work. journey.

Pre-immersion: Diagnosis
Personalized Assessment
Application of a diagnostic questionnaire to identify specific traumas, challenges and limiters.
Initial Interview
A detailed conversation to understand the history, challenges and expectations of the participants.
Individualized Planning
Creation of a personalized immersion plan, ensuring that each relevant aspect is addressed, according to the uniqueness of each individual.
Spiritual Renewal
Provide deep spiritual renewal, strengthening the connection with God.
Immersion
Introduction and Connection
Building the Foundation for Transformation: Warm welcome and introduction to the program, followed by a prayer and meditation session to align hearts and minds. It ends with an open discussion about traumas and challenges, based on previous diagnoses.
Healing and Restoration
Emotional healing techniques are used to release past traumas, followed by reflections and activities designed to strengthen Christian and ministerial identity. Moments of prayer and worship are incorporated into the session, promoting deep spiritual renewal.
Strengthening Leadership and Ministry
The session includes workshops and activities to improve ministry skills, dynamics and counseling to improve personal and ministry relationships, and craft a clear vision and renewed purpose for ministry.
Building a New Way
Development of a strategic plan to implement new visions and purposes, introduction to tools and resources to support participants’ ongoing journey, and a closing ceremony with prayers and victories to celebrate the transformation achieved.
Post-Immersion
Follow-up sessions
Periodic meetings to monitor progress and provide ongoing support.
Support Community
Access to a network of other leaders who participated in the immersion to exchange experiences and mutual support.

House of Miracles is a dream that was born in the heart of God, a place where spiritual and emotional transformation is cultivated with love and dedication. This home is supported by a missionary family who, despite their imperfections, dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to serving God and fulfilling his purpose. Meet Fábio, Paula, Arthur and Caleb – a family united by their love for God and their commitment to their work.
Fabio Stumpf
Minister, Pastor and Inspiring Mentor
Fabio Stumpf is a born leader, with a history of 22 years of marriage alongside Paula, where God’s grace was powerfully manifested. As an ordained pastor by the International Institution of the CFN Network, Fabio has a vast curriculum that includes mentoring, teaching and leading innovation projects. He is a published author and experienced teacher, with more than 12,000 hours of teaching, dedicated to developing methodologies for training leaders and entrepreneurial behaviors.
His academic background includes a master’s degree in Management and Strategy, as well as a degree in Business Administration. His dedication to Christian teaching is evident: he has trained more than 500 pastors and leaders in church management, treasury, congregational strategic planning, and leadership.
Fabio is the author of the book “The Puzzle Piece”, available in English, Spanish and Portuguese, a discipleship program that guides the reader in understanding God’s plan for a successful life. Through his work, Fabio has impacted countless lives, inspiring many to lead with purpose and passion.
Paula Emerick Stumpf
Minister, Clinical Psychologist and Speaker
Paula Emerick Stumpf has a degree in Psychology and Business Administration, a postgraduate degree in Family Therapy and a master’s degree in Christian Counseling. Her specialization in Neuropsychology from Santa Casa de Misericórdia do Rio de Janeiro and in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy from CPAF-RJ puts her in a unique position to help those seeking healing and transformation.
As a clinical psychologist, Paula provides supervision and advice to other psychology professionals, as well as being a sought-after speaker on mental health and behavioral topics. Her experience and knowledge are often shared in the media, where she discusses quality of life and well-being.
Paula and Fabio, both with painful experiences from previous marriages, found healing and strength in God to build a new family. Together, they overcame challenges such as parental alienation and divorce, always with the constant presence of God in their lives. And during these more than two decades of relationship, they helped and taught countless couples by teaching courses and conferences on the topics Married Forever, Raising Children, Finance and Ecclesiastical Leadership.

Arthur e Caleb Stumpf
Children with dedicated hearts
Arthur is the firstborn son of this blessed union. With an artistic and phlegmatic personality, Arthur was always a calm and respectful young man. His passion for communication and his desire to study in the United States were met by God. He is currently a student at CFNI Christ for the Nations and Dallas Baptist University, where he continues to develop his talents. Additionally, Arthur serves his local church extensively in the areas of media, photography and video editing.
Caleb, the youngest, is completely different from his brother in temperament. With an angry personality and a strong sense of justice, Caleb is the judge of the family. He is questioning and critical, always looking for answers and has a brilliant intelligence. He loves playing video games and soccer with his friends and his passion for serving God and others is evident, and the family celebrates his differences and unique gifts.
Fabio, Paula, Arthur and Caleb are more than just residents of the House of Miracles – they are a living testimony to the transforming power of God. This family of missionaries dedicates their lives to serving the Lord by inspiring and guiding others on their spiritual journey. At House of Miracles, they open their hearts and homes to welcome pastors and leaders seeking healing and renewal, offering an immersive, personalized experience that reflects their unconditional love for God and His work.
