Fabio Stumpf
Minister, pastor ordained by the CFN Network International Institution, mentor, author and teacher with extensive experience in innovation and leadership projects and has dedicated himself to coordinating and developing methodologies for the development of leaders, having taught more than 12,000 hours. He has three sons and a daughter, Kaique, Beatriz, Arthur and Caleb. Master in management and strategy, graduated in business administration, mentor at MIT Challenger and Inovativa Brasil. Specialist in Business Management and Finance.
As an active Christian, he has trained more than 500 pastors and trainee leaders in the topics of church management, treasury and finance, congregational strategic planning, and leadership. In addition to working as a teacher in the courses Marriage Ministries International, Men of Honor, CROWN – Personal Finances and developed training programs for leaders, ministries, men and entrepreneurs. Writer, he published the book “The Puzzle Piece” in English and has versions in Spanish “La Pieza Del Rompecabezas” and in Portuguese “A Peça do Quebra-Cabeça” – A Christ-centered discipleship program that takes the reader on a journey to understand God’s plan for a successful life.
Through his work, he has impacted countless people and continues to inspire others to lead with purpose and passion.
Paula Emerick Stumpf
Minister of the Gospel graduated from the RHEMA Training Center. Pastor ordained by the CFN Network International Institution.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business Administration. Postgraduate in Family Therapy. Specialized in the Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy approach. She has the title of Specialist in Neuropsychology granted by the CRP / RJ, for her training carried out at Santa Casa de Misericórdia in Rio de Janeiro and with the supervised internship carried out at PUC / RJ. She has training in Judicial Expertise as a Psychologist. He has training in DISC.
His Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling is in progress in the USA.
She received the public title and medal of honor of ALUMNI Diamante, granted by the Estácio de Sá University of Rio de Janeiro, for her personal and professional actions for the benefit of society.
Founder and mentor of women at the International Book Club. Founder and CEO of Solace Institute.
Within the ecclesiastical environment, she has training in courses from APEC, MMI and the Family University, such as: Child Evangelization, Parents for Life, Unique Woman, CROWN, Woman who Thrives, among others.
For years, she served as a leader in the Marriage Ministeries Internation, CROWN – Personal Finances, Woman Who Thrives courses and contributed to the development of training programs for leadership, couples, men and women.

She worked as a composer, having even won awards at music festivals, a single singer, she also sang in ensembles and choirs, a choreographer, she worked in theater art, minister of praise and worship, she also served in the diakonia, as a teacher and secretary in Sunday School, coordination events, cell leadership and contributes to some strategic planning.
On international missions in Texas since 2022.
She works as a Clinical Psychologist. She supervises and advises psychology professionals. A speaker on topics related to mental health and behavior, she is frequently invited by the media to participate in panels on behavior and quality of life.
