How it works
In general, meetings between the Mentor and the mentee are weekly or fortnightly and last 1 and a half hours. During these strategic conversations to discuss advances, current challenges and plan future actions, dynamics will take place, construction of scenarios and use of various tools. All this in a continuous process of activities between sessions with fully measurable indicators.
Remember: Privacy in discussions between mentor and mentee is essential to building a trusting relationship.
